  • Take a seat
  • Bend your head forward and down
  • Breath through your nose

Keep improving your habits

  • Easy in, easy out (Air comes freely in, goes freely out)
  • Keep good posture
    • do not collapse while exhaling
    • keep your hips in place
  • Stay calm
